abstracts | A theoretical model describing both instantaneous and time-averaged quantities of velocity and friction inside the turbulent boundary layer generated by interacting nonlinear wave and current has been presented.The results of computations of velocities inside the boundary layer under nonlinear wave and current have been compared with the laboratory data of Hwung & Lin’s (1990) experiment. The agreement of computed and measured both instantaneous and mean velocity profiles is satisfactory. |
